Dispatch fees are paid directly by the motor carrier to Mayi Industries, LLC based on the selected service level. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the gross revenue for each completed load and are invoiced on a weekly basis. Mayi Industries, LLC does not collect freight payments from brokers or shippers and does not handle cargo funds. All broker payments are made directly to the carrier, and dispatch fees are paid separately in accordance with the carrier’s service agreement. 

Mayi Industries, LLC is an independent truck dispatch service that supports authorized motor carriers by identifying freight opportunities, negotiating rates, and coordinating load details on the carrier’s behalf. We work directly with carriers to help keep trucks moving efficiently while allowing them to stay focused on driving and operations.

Mayi Industries, LLC is not a freight broker and does not transport or take possession of freight. All transportation contracts, payments, and cargo responsibility remain solely between the motor carrier and the broker or shipper. Our role is strictly administrative and operational support designed to improve efficiency, communication, and profitability for the carrier.

Mayi Industries, LLC maintains appropriate business insurance coverage consistent with its role as an independent truck dispatch service.

We do not operate as a freight broker, motor carrier, or shipper, and we do not transport, handle, or take possession of freight. As such, Mayi Industries, LLC is not required to carry cargo insurance, auto liability insurance, or broker bonds.

Our coverage is designed to protect our business operations and professional services, including general business liability and professional liability (errors and omissions) coverage.

All freight liability, cargo insurance, and transportation-related coverage remain the sole responsibility of the authorized motor carrier.
